Lady Raiders Roll Over Big Reds 57-8

The Portland girls basketball team hosted the Big Reds of Lansing Sexton on Friday night and the Raiders rolled to a 57-8 win.

Freshman Ashley Bower led the Raiders with 21 points, followed by senior Calley Goodman with 10.

The Raiders move to 6-1 in the CAAC White, and 9-1 overall. They are currently in second place in the white division behind Charlotte.

The Big Reds move to 0-7 in the white, and 0-13 overall

The Lady Raiders will host Fowler on Tuesday night at approximately 7:00 PM. The varsity will follow the JV girls who face Fowler at 5:30.
