Thomas "Tom" E. Mitchell, age 62, of Portland, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019. He was born May 19, 1956 in Stuart, Florida, the son of Samuel C. and Ruth E. (Pittman) Mitchell. Surviving Tom are his wife, Georgia; children, Michael and Julie; grandson, Perry; brothers, Samuel (Connie) and Darrell (Barb); and many special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
