Trick-or-Treating Hours Set

According to the City of Portland Newsletter for October 2018, Trick-or-Treating within the city will occur on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31st, from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Trick-or-Treaters should only visit homes with the light on.
