Tai Chi for Arthritis continues Tuesday mornings from 11 to 11:45. The class is taught by Rachel Yenchar, a certified instructor from the Ionia County Commission on Aging. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and closed-toe, flat-soled shoes. Exercises may be done while seated or standing, and caregivers are welcome to participate.

Our Beloved Pets: Losing a Pet begins Thursday, Oct. 11 from 6 to 7 pm. The three-session class will also meet on Oct. 18 and 25. Taught by Laura Huggler, a Ph.D. psychotherapist and life-long pet owner, the class is designed for those 16 and older who own (or have owned) companion pets or large animals/livestock.

Submitted by Tom Huggler, FCC moderator.
