Raider Softball Splits with Fowlerville

The Portland softball team defeated Fowlerville 11- 9 Thursday night in the first game of a double header.

Adrianna Novara and Abby Grys combined for the win. Natlie Linebaugh went 2 for 3 with an RBI and Taylor Trieweiler went 2 for 4 with 2 RBI’s.

In the second game the Raiders lost a heartbreaker to the Gladiators in eighth inning by the score of 6 – 5. Jada Walton, Taylor Trieweiler, Abby Grys and Natalie Linebaugh each had two hits in the game.

Portland is now 17 – 7 for the year and travel to Manistee this weekend for a tournament.
