Grand Valley’s Grys Throws No Hitter

Former Portland Raider Allie Grys threw a complete game no hitter for the GVSU Lakers on Friday, as GVSU defeated Bentley University (Massachusetts) 8-0 in Clermont, FL.

The Lakers are now 10-5, while Grys moves to 4-1 with one save in 39 innings pitched. She has struck out 41 and has a 2.15 ERA.

The Lakers ended their Florida trip on Saturday and return to action on Wednesday the 21st when they host Ferris State.
