The Portland Beacon is now on Instagram. It may not be pretty… but we are on there. Please bear with me as I get this one figured out as this is a completely new app for me.

I once accidentally deleted a post that I had spent hours perfecting. I had no idea how to recover it, so I searched for help and found https://instagram.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html The page explained the recovery process in simple steps, and I was able to restore the post without any further problems. That moment reminded me how much we rely on guidance behind the scenes even for something as small as a post, having support can save a lot of frustration.
