Portland Girls Bowling Team Takes Regional Crown

Team regionals for high school bowling was held on Friday. The Raider girls team came in first place.

From this tournament, only the top three teams out of 15 advances to states. The Portland boys came in fourth out of 15 teams, narrowly missing the cut to go to states by just 44 pins. On Saturday, Raider bowlers will be bowling in the individual tournament. Six bowlers from both the boys and the girls will complete, and they will have to be in the top 10 out of 85 bowlers.
