Shamrock Boys Fall to Webberville
On Tuesday night, the St. Patrick Shamrocks boys basketball team traveled to Webberville. The Shamrocks lost 55-23.
Last Tuesday the Shamrocks hit an amazing 17 three-pointers in a game and entered the record book. Unfortunately, just one week later they went just eight for 48 from the field, and one of 22 from three-point territory.
Shamrock Coach Mark Scheurer said, “It was a cold night in the gym, but they continued to battle throughout. I told them it was one of those nights, keep their heads up, and it was one game. Let's be ready to go Thursday when we take on Dansville at their place.”
Brandon Scheurer led the Shamrocks with 12 points and eight rebounds, while Sam Mauren had four assists.
The team moves to four and three overall, and one and two in the CMAC.
