Family Announcements

In order to serve as a true local news source, we feel it is important to share family announcements in our community.

If you have a birth, obituary, wedding/engagement, anniversary, retirement, college or military news from your family that you would like to share, please send that information to ThePortlandBeacon@gmail.com.

Earlier this month we created a dedicated "Obituary" tab on our homepage. Due to technical limitations of our site, those postings were not displaying properly on all mobile devices. All obituary announcments have now been moved into our main news feed.
