William Fabiano donates property to DDA and City of Portland

William (Bill) Fabiano, owner of Fabiano’s River House Grill, has graciously donated the property located adjacent to his restaurant, located at 103 Grand River Avenue, to the Portland Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and the City of Portland. While there are currently no specific plans, preliminary discussions involve potential demolition, the creation of greenspace and/or an overlook upon the Looking Glass River, Bandshell and Two Rivers Park. The DDA, in collaboration with the City, will continue to explore additional options that will lend to the vibrancy and enhancement of our beautiful downtown area.
