Coaching Staff Comments:
We are extremely pleased with both wins this weekend and not only winning the tournament but also showing up on both ends of the game. We hit well, executed situations, and played errorless defense this weekend. Most of all, sharing our time up north with our families and friends is memorable to us all. The baseball team won their tournament and shared in those same positive memories and we are proud of their accomplishments as well. This is a beautiful tournament and the program takes pride in donating check to the memory of Kris Popp.

Coaching Staff Comments:
Our team approach is to continue to grow throughout the season and put our best team on the field for the postseason, with development along the way. There were moments of growth tonight that we are pleased with, and also room to grow in fielding errors and execution at the plate. Game 1 had an exciting finish with Hannah, Ry, Gracelyn, and Addie. Tori worked all night and took on a tough role and crushed it for our team.

We knew tonight would be a solid matchup that left little room for errors both in the field and at the plate. Fans that came this evening received two good games filled with grit and grind. Our game one was near flawless defensively and we worked hard at the plate to get an early lead. Solid play through 7 innings held that lead.
