Mark Brooks signs with CFL’s Montreal Alouettes

Not long ago, we told you about Mark Brooks, a 2016 Portland High School graduate and Western Michigan University football player. You can find that full story HERE.

Brooks signed a professional football contract last week with the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League. He will be playing right tackle, with practices starting today, May 14th.

Brooks told the Beacon, “I’m so thankful for the opportunity to continue to play the game I love, and I’m excited to start the next chapter of my football career with the Montreal Alouettes.”
