The 2021 David A Huhn Memorial Scholarship Awards have been awarded to David Svanda and Emma Scheurer.
David is graduate of Portland High School. He will be attending Ferris State University in the fall with a major in Forensic Biology or Psychology.
Emma is a graduate of Portland St Patrick’s. She will be attending Central Michigan University with a major in Clinical Social work.
Each scholarship is for $1000.00
American Legion Post 129 Commander David W Fedewa said, “Congratulations to both Seniors on their hard work and dedication. The sky is the limit!”
