Obituary for Margaret D. Rowe

Margaret D. Rowe, age 87, of Portland, passed away Monday, August 24, 2020. She was born August 3, 1933 in Lansing, Michigan to Lawrence "Tony" and Margaret Anthony. Margaret was a devoted member of the Portland Church of the Nazarene and she enjoyed doing puzzles, playing cards, cribbage, and bingo in her spare time. Most of all Midge loved her family and she cherished every moment she spent with with them.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 39 years, William Rowe; sisters, Florence Iler, LaVonn Sines, and Marilyn Hinds; son-in-law, Mark Benbow; and her beloved dog, Bear. Surviving Margaret are her children, George (Jean) Rowe, Sr., James (Yvonne) Rowe, Katie Benbow, Jackie Rowe, and Nicholas (Debra) Rowe; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Jane Marshall; and brothers, Lawrence (Vicki) Anthony, Mark (Diane) Anthony, and Matt (Joann) Anthony.
