Part of the mission of the Portland Community Fund is to provide grants to nonprofit organizations that serve those who live in the Portland School District. This funding allows these exceptional groups to continue providing much needed support to our neighbors.

When is the request for funding due?:
We must receive all information indicated by January 15, 2020 in order to be considered for funding

What do I need to include with the application?:
Mail a hard copy of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statements) or
Tax Return and any other documents with your Application to: P.O. Box 524 Portland MI 48875
NOTE: Only “hard copies” will be accepted.
