Parks & Rec Softball Update: Week 9

The coed league wrapped up on Sunday with Portland Escape Rooms managed by Mandy Sperry claiming the title. They held off PFCU 21-19 in a shootout to finish the season with a perfect 10-0 record, while PFCU finished in second place with a 7-3 record this spring.

The men's league has just two rain out games to make up next Tuesday before they begin their playoffs later that night. The top three seeds are locked in with Wagon Wheel's Ray Fox All Stars on top followed by Ward's Garage and then Fabiano's River House Grill. The playoffs will begin at 8:00pm on Tuesday July 9 at Powers Park and continue on July 16 at both Powers Park and Bud Plant field at Bogue Flats.
