Linebaugh and Walton Earn All State Honors for PHS Softball

Two Lady Raider softball players recently earned all state honors. Natalie Linebaugh was selected All State at 2nd Base and Jada Walton was selected All State Honorable Mention at shortstop.
PHS Coach Jack Anderson said of Linebaugh, “Natalie was an outstanding 2nd baseman with great range. She was a big hitter with some very timely hits.”
Linebaugh finished the season with .459 batting average with 50 hits and 24 RBIs.
As for Walton, Anderson said, “Jada was our Shortstop with good range, glove and arm. She was an outstanding hitter with 50 R, 52 H, 7 doubles 5 triples and 4 homeruns, 31 RBI’s, second on team from leadoff spot. Broke school batting average record at .515.”
