Let Your Light Shine: Portland Civic Players kicking off new campaign for Marquee Project

Is your family linked to the Portland Civic Players family? Are you looking for a way to honor or memorialize a loved one? Want to see your name ‘in lights’? Then you are in luck!

The Portland Civic Players are kicking off a new fundraising campaign, Let Your Light Shine, for their marquee renovation project. Individuals or families can purchase a new marquee light bulb for $75. For their donation they will get a small thank you gift as well as their name (or the name of the person/family they are honoring) on a permanent plaque on the building.

PCP Board President Mary Teachout says the group is really excited about this campaign. “We think this is a great way for those who have been involved in our organization, are still involved, or are supporters of the arts in our community in general to have a visual way to show that support and love of the theater.”
