Special Ad Pricing Ends Saturday, February 9th

Special pricing on The Portland Beacon’s sponsored content advertising service ends tomorrow, Saturday, February 9th. Don’t miss out on this chance to save 50% off the regular price.

With an average of 15,547 page views per month (November 2018 through January 2019), The Portland Beacon offers an unique and affordable advertising option focused on readers in the Portland community. Plus your ad dollars stay right here in the community and sponsor local journalism focused on the people, schools and organizations that call Portland home.

Our sponsored content is an article about your business or a topic you care about. Regular pricing for sponsored content starts at $80 which includes one of our writers coming to your location for a brief interview and some photographs, as well as the first draft of your content, and slight modifications if you request them. Any changes after that may incur additional charges at a rate of $40 per hour.

Now through Saturday, February 9th, we are offering this sponsored content service at the promotional price of just $40, with an additional hourly rate of $20 per hour if needed.

For transparency purposes, sponsored content will be published with a disclaimer notifying readers that this content was sponsored, and it will list the name of the sponsor.

You may also write your own piece about your business or organization and provide your own photographs if you choose to do that. During this sale, content you write can be posted on The Portland Beacon for only $20.

Sponsored content is also included in our daily email newsletter the day it is published, as well as the weekly email newsletter at the end of that week. It is also shared on The Portland Beacon Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds the day it is published.
