Kaitlin Kmetz Named PHS Raider of the Week

Portland High School is pleased to announce this week’s recipient of the “Raider of the Week” award:

Name: Kaitlin Kmetz

Grade: 12

Parents: John and Teresa Kmetz

Activities: Kaitlin has participated with the Portland High School sideline cheerleading team throughout high school and our competitive cheerleading team for three years. She is a member of the PHS National Honor Society and our Captain’s Club. She also participates with the Portland summer theater and is involved with the Civic Players production of Beauty and the Beast.

Post-High School Plans: After graduating from high school, Kaitlin plans to attend college outside of Michigan to study international business, psychology, and theater. She hopes to become an international cooperate/commercial lawyer and to travel the world.

Award: In recognition of being selected as “Raider of the Week” at Portland High School, Kaitlin is awarded one 9”/1-item pizza from The Pizza Shop courtesy of Dawn and Tom Hodge and will receive a plaque from S&K Trophies courtesy of Lynn and Dan Babbitt.
