“Greatest Show on Earth” is VBS Theme at First Congregational

First Congregational Church of Portland will hold its annual four-day Vacation Bible School for children from ages four through fifth grade beginning Monday, July 16 and ending Thursday, July 19.

An old-fashioned circus, “The Greatest Show on Earth” is the theme of this summer’s program. A free dinner will be served at 5:30 pm, followed by a Bible story, games, crafts and circus acts from 6:00 to 8:00.

The church is located at 421 E. Bridge Street in Portland, two blocks east of downtown.
