PHS to Host 15th Annual Spring Sports Carnival Saturday May 5th

This Saturday will be the 15th annual Spring Sports Carnival at PHS.

When asked about the history of the event, PHS Athletic Director Kevin Veale said that he, “came up with the idea because we had varsity tournaments in all of our sports but they were all spread out. We were up here every weekend for one other the other and I thought it would be a cool atmosphere and a good way to highlight spring sports to combine them all in one day.”

Veale added, “Originally, I wanted face painting, bouncy houses, etc. - thus Carnival - and we still may add some things like that - just haven't gotten there yet.”
